Lacey Ramon

Lacey Ramon

Co-Owner, Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor

Lacey spent nearly 10 years as an Exercise Specialist in local physical therapy clinics, teaching people exercises to assist in their injury recovery and get them back into top shape. When she wasn't in the clinic rehabbing patients, she was busy training high-level athletes all around the world.

Lacey now specializes her personal training in injury management and recovery working with humans from all backgrounds with a variety of athletic and life experiences helping them perform to their best ability.

Lacey has two bachelor's degrees from Eastern Washington University in Exercise Science and Communications.

She has played all sorts of sports from soccer to roller derby. Now Lacey spends her time as a recreational athlete spending time outdoors with her family and dogs as often as she can. She also coaches the Patriots of Centennial Middle School in cross country, track and volleyball.

KT Allyn

KT Allyn

Group Exercise Instructor

Every Monday and Wednesday at 5:30 am you can wake up and workout with KT and get your workout in before most people drink their first cup of coffee. KT's exercise group is a rad and dedicated group of folks that love the 30 mins of step aerobics followed by 30 mins of strength training. Show up one more and start your day off right, with a good sweat!




Shannon Foran

Shannon has always had a passion for dance and sports since she was a little girl. She played basketball, soccer, cheerleading and track up until high school then competed as a NCAA track athlete in college. She has her masters in education, with a specialization in Health and fitness( K-12). She was a P.E. Teacher for many years and has shared her joy of fitness with kids, teenagers and adults.

Dance is one exercise that is never boring. Shannon has been teaching Zumba for 8 years. She loves how it instantly boosts your mood and enjoys helping people reach their fitness goals. “It makes me so happy to see my clients leave with a BIG smile on their face!”

Rabei Eljamal Fakkar

Personal Trainer

Rabei Eljamal is a gifted teacher who teaches conscious living through yoga and
meditation. His teachings are simple and suitable for beginners, for every
age, ability, and background. Whether you are new to meditation, or you’ve been
meditating for decades and feel stuck – or even bored – in your practice, Rabei
can give you a fresh perspective.

Rabei Eljamal holds a Masters in Atomic Physics and Mathematics, in addition he
has completed Yoga and Meditation Teacher Training, Health Fitness and
Functional Nutrition Certificates.

He is the founder of Dynamic Yoga: The Ultimate Workout, a four-week program
that kickstarts your body, mind and soul to build vitality and boost your immunity
and live optimally. His lectures uplift thousands across the world. Rabei Eljamal
has a deep inner connection, the seed of which was planted in his childhood by
his family in Morocco and their connection to spirit. This seed has continued to
blossom and guide his teachings and healing sessions. He meets students
privately for consultations and healing sessions.

He strives for each class to be uplifting, challenging, and healing at a very deep
level. As a yoga instructor he is honored to share his story of perseverance, inner
strength and conviction that led him to discovery and liberation. He believes it is
everyone's birthright to experience the peace, grace and blessings that awaken
with Kundalini Yoga and Meditation.

LaRae McCurry

LaRae McCurry

Director of Operations, Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor

LaRae is a lifetime dancer, mostly ballet, jazz, and tap. Years ago LaRae took a Zumba® Fitness class at the suggestion of a friend and was hooked! Since becoming a Zumba Fitness instructor in 2011, LaRae has been inspired to learn and grow in her new profession, sharing health and wellness. She has become an AFAA certified Personal Fitness Trainer, Group Exercise Instructor and a Rock Steady Boxing Certified Coach.

LaRae works with clients with various goals ranging from stabilizing symptoms of Parkinson's Disease, to dancers preparing for their next performance. She believes that exercise is for every body and that we should celebrate each day what our bodies are capable of. Exercise is about being your best self and loving yourself where you are today.






Jody Bernston

Jody has loved being a member of Snohomish Fitness Center since the mid 90's! She has lived in Snohomish for 33 years.

She began taking yoga classes in 2006 and received her 200-hour certification through Sarva Yoga in 2019. She enjoys sharing the many benefits of yoga with her students. She has 40 hours of continuing education in Yoga for Osteoporosis. She enjoys a variety of fitness and outdoor activities with her husband and family.

Jenn Swaim

Jenn Swaim

Group Fitness Instructor

Jenn spent the first 20 years of her career as a health and safety professional. This work allowed her to travel the world, meet amazing people and lead the implementation of a wide-range of programs from ergonomics to serious injury and fatality prevention.

In 2019, she decided to step away from safety to spend more time with her family and create more balance in her life. Her love of exercise and her life-long purpose to keep people healthy came together in 2020 when she became a NASM-certified personal trainer.

Jenn’s fitness mission is to help humans enjoy more freedom by reducing their physical limitations, constraints and pain, so that they can move in the world the way they want to and say yes to the people and activities that inspire them.

Madelyn Collins

Madelyn Collins

Group Exercise Instructor

Madelyn is an orthopedic and womens health physical therapist by trade. Her passions include skiing, lifting weights, and enjoying time in the great outdoors. She lives in Snohomish and loves supporting this community any way she can!

Madelyn is teaching Tuesday and Thursdays evenings at 5pm. The class will be a hybrid of strength training and HIIT workouts with a circuit style feel appropriate for all levels and abilities.

I am passionate about getting everyone moving so that their quality of life is better. I personally began my fitness journey 25 years ago after being involved in a severe head-on collision. As a young teenager I was told that I’d be managing back and neck pain for the rest of my life. Regular exercise has been the most effective method to keep my discomfort at bay. Movement has been life-giving to me and I believe that every person who chooses movement as a lifestyle will reap rewards that money cannot buy. I became a cycle and TRX instructor in order to encourage others to join me in the fitness journey to better ourselves physically and mentally. Every person has a story and I want to learn more about you as we exercise our bodies and grow stronger every day!
